Susan Coffman - Assistant Program Coordinator

Susan Coffman is married, has two grown step children who attended Lee's Summit Schools and four grandchildren, two of whom are attending Lee's Summit Schools. She has lived in Lee's Summit since 1978 and has consistently been interested in the well being of the children and families in this community. Because of this interest, she was one of the founding board members of the People Helping People Network. At the age of 40, she decided to get her college degree and in 1992 graduated Summa Cum Laude from Park College. Susan is now retired from 36 years in the banking industry.  Since retirement, she has become involved with Lee's Summit CARES and the Character Council as well as other community organizations.
