Becoming a Love and Logic Parent®

Becoming a Love and Logic Parent® is a parenting workshop designed by the Love and Logic Institute and facilitated by Lee’s Summit CARES. The program provides parents and caregivers with practical and proven strategies for preventing and reducing behavior problems in children and youth. Lee’s Summit CARES offers the program ten times annually through a collaborative effort with the Lee’s Summit School District and ReDiscover. Parents can chose from three program formats depending upon the age of their child. The early childhood program is for use with young children 0-6 years, there is a general program for any age child/youth and a format for parents of teens.

Lee's Summit CARES is offering 9 Essential Skills for the Love and Logic Classroom®. This program will be offered in the summer for educators.

Approved for clock hour credit to childcare providers through the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services
