Dr. Jeff Miller - Treasurer
|
Dr. Jeff Miller was born
in Southwest Missouri and has lived in
Missouri his entire life. Dr. Miller is
treasurer of Lee's Summit CARES and is
the Director of Student Services for the
Lee's Summit School District. In this
position Jeff is responsible for
providing leadership in long-term
suspensions, residency matters, core
data, school resource officers, Title IV
monies, homeless students, DARE, and
community programs, which
include coordination of district student
assistance programs. He is also
in charge of the Reach Out America
program, Red Ribbon Week, and Tar
Wars. Jeff's past educational experience
included teaching Social Studies at
Belton High School and Harrisonville
High School, coaching varsity football,
basketball, baseball, and tennis,
assistant principal at Pleasant Hill
Middle School, Principal at
Harrisonville Middle School, and
Principal at Pleasant Lea Middle School
in Lee's Summit.
Dr. Miller is married to
Cheryl and has two wonderful children,
Tyler and Callie Rose. He enjoys
spending time at the Lake of the Ozarks
and working on his farm in Pleasant Hill
Missouri. |
